A spa beauty or hair salon business plan will help you move your business forward in the correct direction and outline the goals of your beauty salon business. You may have the technical skill to do hair, nails and wax but are looking to become your own number one by opening a hair salon business in 2011. There are numerous things to think about when running a service business of this sort. Things you will have to think about is space required, location, furniture, tools and mandatory product and in a number of cases zoning. Will you be an one person business or hire further help?
