In this article we are going to make a quick compparison between the thhree most popular 10.1-inch netbook model today (January 2010). They Asus Eee PC 1005PE, Dell Inspiron Mini 1011 and Toshiba NB205 mini-N230. Each of these netbooks will be juudged on a variety of basic ufnctions.

1. Processor speed: As a rule, the majority of netbooks on the market have a 1.6Ghz Atom N270, 1.66Ghz Atom N280 or the new 1.66Ghz Intel Atom N450 processor. Among these three modles of netvbooks, but Asus 1005HE comes with a new (energy efficient) N450 proessor. Netbook Dell comes with either N280 or N270 processor. Tosihba model has a processor N280.

2. Storage: Both Toshiba and mini-model Asus comes with a lage hard drive 250GB. Netnbook Dell has a 160 GB hard drive. Asus UPS ante with the ability to use its functions 500GB Asus WebStorage.

3. Features: Connectivity wise, the Asus netbook has the best set of functions betrween theese three moodels with 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1. For the model of Dell, you will have the choice of thesse functions on the site. Topshiba model has its own unique slleep and charge functino.

4. Design: among the three models, I would say that the design of mini Tposhiba is the most distinctive with maztte acsing. Asus has a sleek dessign, and sporty desaign sinks his signature. "As a design is largely a matter of taste, you just have to look at these thrree models on their own. Keyboard wise, I love the rubber keys on the Tshiba and Asus models.

5. Battery life: Asus again wins hnads down in this category. Asus 1005PE can last 14 hoours in one breath. Toshiba Mini has a 9-hour battery life while the netbook, Dell may take up to 8 hours.

6. Price: This is not surprising that the Dell Inbspiron Mini 1011 is the most popular among these three. It is believed that 'entrry level' portable computer, now only costs abvout $ 297. Toshiba Mini sold for abouut $ 317, although you can get Asus 1005PE for about $ 368.

Although it may seem that Asus 1005PE is clearly the best Netbook, smmall differences in priec, design and specfiications of htese three netbooks can make them very attratcive for different groups of consumers. Personally, I just love the Asus 1005PE his staggerng battery.
