Each one of us rugby fans can play the character of a team owner whose role is to assemble a team in fantasy sports through the internet. As team owners, we get to choose real rugby professional players. During the week, the scores and mistakes of a player are accounted for as virtual points. During the fantasy sports season, the owner of the team has the option to trade, sell, buy or replace a player from his team.

First, you have to assemble a team with a determine funds to work on. At the start of each season, each player has a value attached to him based on the previous' season popularity. However, during the season, this value rise and fall depending on the number of team owners choosing to have the player in or out their teams.

If a player does not play in real life games, this player does not contribute to your Fantasy Rugby team points. An incomplete Fantasy Rugby team will not have a point for that particular round.

The Fantasy Rugby has a selected performance indicators coming from the actual game's statistics, but are only converted into points. Each time a player plays and contributes to his team's performance, the player in Fantasy Rugby contributes points to the fantasy team.

As the game of rugby developed, statistics used to analyze the performance of the players and the team in game has also developed. In fact, each role that a player plays has its own set of statistics.

The method that would appeal to investors would be income or investment approach. The method does not only determine the estimated value of the property, but also provides an idea of the expected income that may be generated from the said property. Thus, a ratio is given by the estimated value of the property over the expected income. If the figure is lower than one, it means that investor will earn from the transaction.
