Do You Need To Find Online Translation Sites?
By Kristi Ambrose
People use online dictionaries for all kinds of reasons. But even more people use these online translation sites. Not only are they easy to use but you can use them for all sorts of reasons. A few years back I worked for a guy that ONLY knew Dutch and while I tried to learn it myself - I simply wasn't any good. He and I always had a very hard time understanding each other. Him with his broken English and me with my broken Dutch.
In this case, - I found free translation sites online that helped us with our language barrier. He understood me and I understood him perfectly! These sites can also be used for school work, professional or corporate reasons, document translations, etc. The way these sites work is simple.
Just go to the website where you want the translation to be done and choose which language your content is in and which language you would like to translate it to. So for example so I want to translate the sentence: I need a translator! From English into French. Simply place the sentence content into the space, select
French and press translate. Now you will see something like: J'ai besoin d'un traducteur! Oui! Bravo. Very easy. Plus these translation sites will almost always have a dictionary available as well. So say you don't want a sentence or a paragraph done. You just want a simple word done from English to Spanish. Select the correct languages, insert the word "hello", press translate and in Spanish you will see: "hola, buenos dias (greeting)". Now who wouldn't love this!
Heck, even if it wasn't for something serious, I still like using these sites. You can learn a lot about other languages just by visiting these sites, and best of all? It's free! Almost every language you could or would ever want to translate to is available, such as: Albanian, Croatian, Finnish, Galician, Hebrew, Polish, Russian, Thai.
The list goes on and on and on. Want to learn a new language? Have a better hold on what people are saying? Or you just want to know what a specific word means in another language? These sites have you covered! Free, easy and incredibly convenient! Oh by the way, you can also easily and efficiently translate a web page as well. I have run into a few instances where the website I was looking for didn't have various languages incorporated, so I had to either suffer through reading a language I didn't know or I could use a site to help me out! Make it easy on yourself, try these sites out!
